- Always walk with a friend at night and stick to well lit areas and main
pathways.
- If you are to be on campus after dark, move your car to a well-lit car
park.

after hours:
- Let someone (a family member, a friend) know that you are at the ECC.
- Contact them when you return home.
- If possible have a mobile telephone with you to use in case of an emergency.
- IMPORTANT: Do NOT endanger your life
- It is important to take some simple
precautions yourself, especially if you are studying or working
late at night.
